✨ LATE POLICY: Life happens — I totally understand! If you’re running behind, please text me right away to let me know. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we’ll need to reschedule your appointment for a later time. If this happens often, a non-refundable deposit will be required to book moving forward. Thank you so much for respecting my time and other clients’ appointments! ✨ CANCELLATION POLICY: I completely understand that life happens and plans can change! I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I’ll always give you grace for the first two, because once again I understand life happens! but after two late cancellations, a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file. If this becomes a recurring issue, a non-refundable deposit may be required to book future appointments. 🚫 NO-SHOW POLICY: If you’re unable to make it to your appointment and don’t reach out beforehand, a 100% service fee will be charged. After a missed appointment, a non-refundable deposit will be needed to secure future bookings.
